Who we are
Bright Lane Property is operated by Axiom Realty Solutions LLC out of Plainfield, Illinois. We buy residential property across Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Will and Winnebago counties, renovate it, and either resell it or hold it as a rental.
We're a young company and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. What we can point to is that we're accredited by the Better Business Bureau, we operate from a real office in a town we live in, and everyone you deal with is on our team rather than a call centre.
That last point matters more than it sounds. A lot of the websites offering to buy your house aren't buyers at all — they're lead generators that collect your details and sell them on to several investors, which is why people who fill in one of those forms get called by six different companies. We don't do that. Your information stays with us.
How we try to operate
Tell you when not to sell to us
If listing would net you meaningfully more and you can wait, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a deal than talk someone into the wrong one.
Explain the number
We'll show you how we got to our offer — comparable sales, repair costs, our costs. It shouldn't feel arbitrary.
Not renegotiate
The number we agree is the number we close at. We price for uncertainty up front instead.
Keep your details private
We don't sell or share your information with other investors or lead buyers.

Your sale doesn’t complete on a handshake, and the money doesn’t pass through us. Every purchase we make closes through a licensed Illinois title company, with a real estate attorney preparing the documents.

Why this matters: if anyone offering to buy your house wants to close without a title company, that is a reason to stop. A title search is what confirms clear ownership and protects you from a claim surfacing after the sale.

No. We're buyers. We're not licensed agents or brokers, we don't list properties, and we don't charge commission. We purchase directly.
Will you sell my information to other investors?
No. Your details stay with us. If you've been called by several companies after filling in a form somewhere, that form belonged to a lead generator, not a buyer.
How long have you been in business?
We're a new company — the BBB lists us at one year. We'd rather be straight about that than claim a history we don't have. What we can offer is accountability: a real local office, BBB accreditation, and a process you can check.
What do you do with the houses you buy?
Renovate them and either resell them or keep them as rentals, depending on the property.
