- Property Listings & Disclaimers
Any property-related content, pricing, or projections provided on this site (e.g., ARVs, rental estimates, comps) is for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.
- Messaging & Communications
By providing your contact information (including phone number), you consent to receive communications from BrightLane Property, including:
- Appointment confirmations & reminders
- Transaction or status updates
- Property availability alerts or promotional updates (if you opted in)
SMS/MMS Messaging
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Sharing information with subcontractors/service providers (e.g., customer support) is permitted solely to perform services on our behalf.
- All use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
You may also opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
